BELLINI
Sparkling Cocktail

  • 10 cl (3-1/2 oz) Prosecco
  • 5 cl (1-3/4 oz) Fresh peach puree

Pour peach puree into chilled glass and add sparkling wine. Stir gently.
Variations:

  • Puccini (fresh mandarin juice),
  • Rossini (fresh strawberry puree),
  • Tintoretto (fresh pomegranate juice).
