Blue Hawaii

Created in 1957 by Harry Yee at Henry Kaiser’s Hawaiian Village Hotel (latterly the Hilton) in Waikiki, Oahu, Hawaii. The drink is named after the hit song from the 1937 Bing Crosby film, Waikiki Wedding, and not after what is generously described as a “musical-comedy” Elvis Presley 1961 film of the same name.

1 ½ oz. (4,5 cl) Doorly’s Barbados Rum
½ oz. (1,5 cl) Blue Curaçao Liqueur Bols
2 oz. (6 cl) Succo Ananas centrifugato 
1 oz. (3 cl) Succo Lime spremuto 
½ oz. (1,5 cl) Zucchero liquido

Decorazione: Spicchio Ananas e Orchidea.

Versare il Blue Curacao in Bicchiere Juice Ball 42 cl con Ghiaccio cubetti

Shakerare Zucchero Liquido, succo ananas centrifugato e succo Lime con ghiaccio e versare in bicchiere con Strainer. Versare on top il Rum.

Si formeranno strati colorati (Layer)

NB: Possibile Shakerare il tutto e versare in bicchiere con ghiaccio. Senza strati colorati.
