FRENCH MARTINI
Before Dinner Cocktail

• 4.5 cl (1-1/2 oz) Vodka
• 1.5 cl (1/2 oz) Raspberry liqueur
• 1.5 cl (1/2 oz) Fresh pineapple juice

Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well.
Strain in chilled cocktail glass.
Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink.
