The Unforgettables (indimenticabili)

RAMOS FIZZ
Longdrink

• 4.5 cl (1-1/2 oz) Gin
• 1.5 cl (1/2 oz) Lime juice
• 1.5 cl (1/2 oz) Fresh lemon juice
• 3 cl (1 oz) Sugar syrup
• 6 cl (2 oz) Cream
• 1 Egg white
• 3 dashes Orange flower water
• 2 drops Vanilla extract
• Soda water

Pour all ingredients (except soda) in a mixing glass, dry shake (no ice) for two minutes, add ice and hard shake for another minute.
Strain into a highball glass without ice, top with soda
