GIN FIZZ
Longdrink

• 4.5 cl (1-1/2 oz) Gin
• 3 cl (1 oz) Fresh lemon juice
• 1 cl (1/4 oz) Sugar syrup
• 8 cl (2-3/4 oz) Soda water

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes, except soda water. Pour into tumbler.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with lemon slice.
