PORTO FLIP
After Dinner Cocktail

• 1.5 cl (1/2 oz) Brandy
• 4.5 cl (1-1/2 oz) Red Port
• 1 cl Egg yolk

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
