BELLINI
Sparkling Cocktail
- 10 cl (3-1/2 oz) Prosecco
- 5 cl (1-3/4 oz) Fresh peach puree
Pour peach puree into chilled glass and add sparkling wine. Stir gently.
Variations:
- Puccini (fresh mandarin juice),
- Rossini (fresh strawberry puree),
- Tintoretto (fresh pomegranate juice).
